Aqua Fit is a fun, low-impact workout held in our warm, private pool — perfect for improving fitness, strength, and mobility in a supportive environment. Suitable for all abilities, sessions combine cardio and resistance exercises in the water to provide an effective full-body workout that’s gentle on joints and enjoyable for everyone.

GROUP (BEGINNER) LESSONS
