We’re delighted to welcome you. This page brings together the practical information you need for a relaxed, happy first visit. Please also check your booking confirmation for your individual class time and details.

🏊 Children’s lessons
Bring swimwear, a towel, a swimming cap for children aged 3+ and goggles if your child uses them. Check your venue information below for arrival and changing instructions.
🫧 Baby & toddler lessons
Bring towels, a changing mat and the compulsory two-layer swim-nappy system for every child who is not fully toilet trained: a disposable or washable swim nappy underneath a reusable neoprene over-nappy. Please leave at least one hour after feeding before swimming.
🌊 Adult lessons
Arrive swim-ready with a towel, suitable swimwear and goggles if required. Follow your venue’s arrival, shower and changing instructions.
⭐ Private lessons
Your confirmation states the swimmer, time and venue. Bring a towel, suitable swimwear, a cap for swimmers aged 3+ and goggles if required.
👨👩👧👦 Family swim
All swimmers, including adults and children, must be booked. Children must be accompanied in the water by a responsible adult aged 18+. Children under 4 require one-to-one adult supervision; children aged 4+ require at least one adult for every two children. Sessions normally last 40–60 minutes. Please follow staff instructions and do not run, dive, bomb, play roughly, hang on lane ropes or bring food, chewing gum or glass poolside.
💦 Aquafit
Bring suitable swimwear, a towel and water in a non-glass bottle. Tell the instructor before the session about any relevant medical condition or injury.
🏊♀️ Lane swim
Choose the lane appropriate to your pace, follow the direction shown and allow faster swimmers to pass. Bring suitable swimwear, a towel and goggles if required.
🎈 Swimming parties
Your confirmation states the exclusive session time, permitted numbers and party-specific arrangements. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults.
🌙 Floating sound bath
Your confirmation contains the session-specific arrival time and suitability information. Arrive promptly and contact us before attending if you have a medical concern or need help deciding whether the session is suitable.
🚀 Crash courses
Bring a towel, suitable swimwear, a cap for swimmers aged 3+ and goggles if required. Follow the venue instructions below and the times in your confirmation.
Before entering the pool
• Remove outdoor shoes where instructed.
• Use the toilet before showering and entering the pool.
• Shower with soap before swimming.
• Children who are not fully toilet trained must wear the two-layer swim-nappy system.
• Change nappies only in the designated changing area and take used nappies home.
• Tell a member of staff immediately if there is an accident.
• Do not attend with vomiting or diarrhoea until at least 48 hours after symptoms have stopped.
• After Cryptosporidium, do not swim for 14 days after symptoms have stopped.
• Do not attend with a contagious illness.
• Do not eat, chew gum or bring glass poolside.

📍 Chessington
St Paul’s CE Primary School, 7 Hawkhurst Gardens, Chessington KT9 1AH.
Free street parking is available outside the school. Enter through the pedestrian entrance to the left of the car-park entrance. Arrive five minutes early and remove shoes at the building entrance. Family changing is available; fathers are welcome in the family changing room. All swimmers must shower before entering the pool. Parents watching children’s lessons should use the observation room and must not remain poolside unless entering the water.
📍 Bagshot
Downwind, Dukes Covert, Bagshot GU19 5HU.
The pool is attached to the side of a family home. It is approximately 11m × 5m, ranges from 0.5m to 2.5m deep and is heated to approximately 30–31°C. Customers changing babies may arrive ten minutes early. Other swimmers should arrive swim-ready no earlier than five minutes before the lesson and change afterwards. Park only in the allocated spaces shown in your confirmation and do not block neighbouring properties or park on Dukes Covert.
📍 Dorking
St John’s C of E Primary School, Goodwyns Road, Dorking RH4 2LR.
Arrive swim-ready no earlier than ten minutes before the lesson. On weekdays, park on nearby streets and meet at the external school gate; the teacher opens the gate ten minutes before class and escorts swimmers across the playground. At weekends, free parking is available on the school grounds via the car-park gate. Customers changing babies may do so poolside and should bring a changing mat.
Missed lessons, changes and closures
Missed lessons, make-ups, cancellations and credits are handled under the current terms and policies applying to your booking. If a pool closure is outside our control, we will contact affected customers with the available credit, make-up or revised-course arrangements. Current booking terms take priority over older downloadable information sheets.
