The pool is approximately 15m × 5m, 0.8–1.8m deep and maintained at around 32°C.

⏰ ARRIVAL

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your lesson. Enter using the pedestrian entrance to the left of the school car park.

🚗 PARKING & PRAMS

Free street parking is available nearby. Please do not enter through the vehicle gate.

Leave prams along the long side of the building under the shelter, close against the wall. Never block the fire exit.

👟 SHOES & CHANGING

Remove outdoor shoes on arrival and use the shoe racks.

Changing room A: priority for mums and children.

Changing room B: family changing; dads are welcome.

Parent-and-baby families may bring belongings poolside. For children’s lessons, leave belongings in the observation room.

🚿 BEFORE ENTERING THE WATER

Chessington is the only Aqua Babies venue where swimmers must shower thoroughly with soap immediately before entering the pool. After showering, wait poolside for your teacher.

Parents who are not swimming should watch from the observation room.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

• Swimming costume and towels

• Changing mat where required

• Drinking water in a non-glass bottle

• Two-layer swim-nappy system for every child not fully toilet trained

• Swim cap for swimmers aged 3 and over

• Goggles are recommended

No food, chewing gum, glass or hot drinks are permitted poolside. Snacks may be eaten in the observation room or after leaving.

At Aqua Babies & Kiddies Swim School, every class follows each child’s pace, personality and developmental stage. We combine structured safety skills with sensory play to create confident, happy swimmers, with water safety foundations woven naturally into engaging, sensory-rich and fun experiences!
